Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of any iOS or macOS application published by AppsStudioX, unless an app provides separate terms. By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use our apps. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer (except where permitted by law), attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or use the apps in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

3. Accounts (If Supported)

Some apps may offer optional account features. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities performed using your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and other content within our apps are owned by or licensed to AppsStudioX and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

5. User Content

If an app allows you to create or upload content, you retain ownership of your content. You grant AppsStudioX a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display that content only as necessary to provide the app's functionality.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some apps may offer in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.

7. Third-Party Services

Our apps may interact with Apple services or other third-party services where necessary. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer

Our apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppsStudioX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any app or feature if these Terms are violated, to comply with legal obligations, or for operational reasons.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our apps after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the dispute is required to be resolved, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

13. Apple App Store

For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support of the apps. Where applicable, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies in addition to these Terms.
